Tracking the Performance of the UK National Railway system
Independent analysis of the facts
In 1993, TAS launched the first Rail Industry Monitor report, which looked at the new structure of the rail industry, and provided a single source of reference for facts about its operations during the privatisation process.
Since privatisation, nine further editions have been published, monitoring the progress and performance of the privatised companies. Rail Industry Monitor was the only non-Government publication to be quoted in the 2004 White Paper on the future of rail.
The tenth edition, RAIL INDUSTRY MONITOR 2007 is NOW AVAILABLE. Completely redesigned and with full colour available in electronic versions, it contains a complete set of 2005/06 financial data for the industry as well as the other acclaimed features, data and analysis. The new expanded edition contains over 640 pages of essential data about the industry, including analysis of the Government's recent High Level Output Statement.
Rail Industry Monitor 2007 is available in hard copy, CD-ROM format or by digital download.
